The Challenge
Tawdeef X Zaheb were organizing a career development event, which should be a relaxed open space for the young crowd of Emiratis. They did not want a traditional set up which scares off the young crowd, but encourages them to attend mock interviews, click head shots for CV, where networking does not feel forced. All these aspects could be tied up to the bold personality of the Zaheb.
The Concept
As per their need and our expatriates, we build an open stand build-up. A vibrant multi-use space with a natural flow of activations. From the Emirati heritage zone to skill workshops, interview practice, photobooth for CV, and ends with food and beveragesbavaerages stallsstall to chat and network. Welcoming and interactive open space without formal HR settings where career guidance feels easy and networking becomes doable.
