The Challenge
Rayqube was called to transform over 1000 sqm area at Festival Plaza in Abu Dhabi, UAE for the comic con. They needed six standout feature zones with a central launch show. The real challenge was not the tech or design part, but the operational side. Our ops team had only two days without an overnight work permit to build up the stand at the venue without missing out on details. This means, we can fall short on manpower for quality execution or any other technicalities for the interactive brand activation.
The Concept & Tech
We took this challenge happily and delivered the six feature zones as weaved in an immersive storytelling. All six zones had different designs, purpose, and visuals but we still manage to pull it off in a unified festival narrative. From smart zone installations with pre-fabricated elements and solid audio-visual solution with a critical caution for any tinytiny error. The main venue, Festival Plaza was tied up with everything together through lighting, sound, creatives, and content. A visual hook which gets the attention of visiting fans at the event. The execution was built marvellously so that we earned appreciation for creativity, efficiency, and execution on given time without compromising quality.
