The Challenge
The Middle East's real estate market is highly competitive, as people come from all around the world to invest, live and experience luxury here. In KSA, launching real estate can be very crucial and very tricky to get hold of prospective clients. The brief was to use tech to get hold of the highly net-worth buyers. We had to make the launch without any error as it had to make it into the Guinness World Record. We did not have any chance of error.


The Concept & Tech
IQ real Estate made a Guinness World Record by becoming the most scanned QR code at the same time! Rayqube not only successfully delivered quality projects but also made an example of how real estate and tech can be combined for exceptional results. We had installed anamorphic content for the IQ logo and their plans. The entire event was organized in a way that light, sound, and crowd was managed for the world record and everything went smoothly with an immersive showcase of real estate that lingered with the entire world.
