The Challenge
Aramco required a permanent setup to showcase their story, vision, mission, and journey for their prospects. They needed to transform their functional space into an effortless learning journey for their visitors. A set-up with a guide to register for the non-registered members, to room assignment, real-time stats, and an interactive database. All such features, while maintaining the high security with facial recognition technology and seamless flow for the transactions of diverse groups through multiple rooms.


The Concept & Tech
Rayqube delivered a fully integrated permanent installation, starting with a custom mobile app and website for visitor/admin management. The entry featured facial recognition welcome screens with personalized messaging and AI wayfinding to assigned rooms. Highlights included a long stats wall tracking crowds/projects, curved screens for capability demos, transparent OLEDs with 13 explorable datasets, and a Conference Theatre with captivating future-tech videos. Every element, facial tech, real-time data viz, and interactive displays were meticulously synced for intuitive discovery, blending physical navigation with digital immersion.
